PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT GIVE CASH REFUND, ONLY SHOP CREDITS, UNLESS ITEM IS FAULTY

Credit Notes 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a credit note, which will be valid for 3 months.

Credit notes will only be processed once the original items have been returned to us.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jakandjill.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you delivery address and this will be at your own cost, unless this  is a faulty item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend you use registered post or item tracking, as we take no responsibility for  lost items in transit.

Refunds on Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Full refunds will only be given on manufacturing faults. Please follow all care instructions on all Jak + Jill garments. We can not accept returns on mistreated items.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
